The feeling of fall is in the air, and I’m headed to the beach today! It’s been said that “the rich man gets his ice in the summer, and the
poor smart man gets his ice in the winter”, which means that my family usually heads to the beach in September, when the rates have dropped but the weather has not. Hope you’re enjoying your weekend!
Here are a few posts I personally enjoyed this week and want to recommend to you–
- Over at Get Rich Slowly, Pejman Ghadimi wrote an article outlining 7 rules for growing slow (but sustainable) wealth, which I found to be full of good, high-level ideas to consider.
- Evan from FinancialIndependence.org wrote a great post over at Make Money Your Way about his side-hustle as a DJ, How I made $50,000 as a DJ
- In his post on How to choose a career, Brian from Luke1428 lays out some areas you’ll want to consider when deciding how to spend your working life.
- At More Money Than Month, Bob says that if you want to improve your financial standing and achieve some of your goals, Don’t just stand there, do something. Take Action!
Hope you enjoy these great posts, I’ll be enjoying the empty beach!
